By accessing or using VidSaver ("the Service", available at vidsaver.site), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use the Service.

2What the Service does

VidSaver allows users to paste a link to a publicly available Instagram or TikTok video and download a copy of that video file to their own device. VidSaver does not host, store, or index the content of third-party platforms — it simply retrieves a video that a user has requested via a direct link.

3Acceptable use

You agree to use VidSaver only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe the rights of others. In particular, you agree that:

• You will only download videos that you own, that are your own original content, or that you have explicit permission to download and reuse.
• You will not use downloaded content in a way that infringes any copyright, trademark, privacy, or other right of the original creator or platform.
• You will not use the Service to download content that is illegal, defamatory, obscene, or that promotes violence, hatred, or harm.
• You will not attempt to overload, disrupt, scrape, or reverse-engineer the Service or its backend infrastructure.
• You are responsible for complying with the terms of service of Instagram, TikTok, and any other platform from which you download content.

4Copyright & takedown requests

VidSaver respects the intellectual property rights of others. If you believe content processed through VidSaver infringes your copyright, please contact us at support@vidsaver.site with details of the content and your rights, and we will review and respond promptly.

5No affiliation

VidSaver is an independent, third-party tool. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Instagram, TikTok, Meta Platforms, Inc., ByteDance Ltd., or any of their subsidiaries or brands.

6Service availability

VidSaver is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or available at all times, and we may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time without notice.

7Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, VidSaver and its operator shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of access to third-party platforms, or any legal consequences resulting from misuse of downloaded content.

8Changes to these terms
